We may collect and store information about you in connection with your use of the Website, including any information you transmit to or through the Website. We use that information to provide the Website’s functionality, fulfill your requests, improve the Website’s quality, engage in research and analysis relating to the Website, personalize your experience, track usage of the Website, provide feedback to third party businesses that are listed on the Website, display relevant advertising, market the Website, provide customer support, message you, back up our systems, allow for disaster recovery, enhance the security of the Website, and comply with legal obligations. For the protection of our guests, Account Termination Request swill only be responded to if matching records (name, email address or mailing address) can be located within Music Road Resort’s systems. We are not responsible for notices that are not labeled or sent properly, or do not have complete information. We may retain information in case of investigations with law enforcement, or identify possible wrongdoing in connection with the Website, or to comply with legal obligations.

Sending sensitive personal information (e.g., social security number, passport number, national identification number) is discouraged and will not expedite your Data Subject Access Request in any way, as this information is not collected, stored, or processed by Music Road Resort.
