To receive the discount off all future stays, guest must have stayed with Music Road Resort in the past as a registered guest and must have valid membership number upon check-in. Information is confidential and will not be given to any outside business or organization.
Are You A Previous Guest?
Previous registered guests without membership cards may register as Ovation Club Member upon check-in and verification of past stay and complete membership application. Guests may request a new membership card in advance of visit by completing membership form below. Please allow 10 days for the rewards card to arrive after previous stay is verified.
First Time Guest?
During your first stay, complete and submit Ovation Club membership application at the Front Desk. Eligibility will be verified during stay and rewards card will be available by checkout. This will qualify you for discounts off all future stays.
Join Our Hotel Rewards Program Online
Guests may request to join in advance of visit by completing membership form. We ask for a mailing address so we may mail you your new rewards card. Your card must be presented at check-in to receive full member benefits. You will be receiving your membership card soon. *First time guests do not receive discounts off all future stays until after a registered first stay occurs.
