Float Trip on the LOWER Pigeon River
Perfect for people and families who want to enjoy or be introduced to beginning Class I, II, and III whitewater rafting.
This experience is for those who are either new to rafting and want to be introduced by an experienced guide, or families with small children. The minimum age is 3 years old for this adventure where you do not need to know how to raft, or even swim, but if you are ready, you can enjoy calm waters while learning on Class I, II, and III whitewater.

If you choose this adventure, you will get wet! You will make memories! You will have LOTS of Fun!
Highly trained guides will take you through notable class III rapids known as: Power House, Too Late, Vegematic, Razor blade and After Shave, to name a few of the 12 rapids. And class IV rapids known as: Lost Guide, Double Reactionary, and Accelerator after which you will have a chance to relax in flat water.
No experience is necessary and you don’t have to know how to swim but you need to be over 8 years of age and 70lbs.
The Pigeon River is a dam-controlled river, which means certain days mid-May through mid-September there are guaranteed trips on the Upper River. During non-guaranteed times the level of rapids and conditions vary so typically only early trips are offered.
